Job summary

atomica, part of Wesfarmers Health, is seeking Seasonal Casuals for peak periods to bring our beauty-focused brand to life. You’ll greet customers, help them find makeup, skincare and fragrance, and deliver a personalised, memorable shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Our Glow Assistants are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They're customer service experts who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.

As our peak season approaches, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Casuals to join our team.

With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you’ll make every customer feel special. Whether it’s helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, or guiding them to their favourite products, you’ll create a personalised, memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and help us deliver exceptional service during one of the busiest times of the year.

Key responsibilities:

• A creative flair for merchandising
• A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter
• Experience with inventory or registers is also highly valued
• Current Australian Working Rights
