Job summary

Service Stream Limited in Victoria is seeking experienced Glove & Barrier Lineworkers to join our team, delivering critical electricity infrastructure projects across Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria. This permanent full-time role includes relocation assistance for interstate applicants.

As part of the Power division, you will construct and maintain overhead networks, perform live-line work using glove and barrier methods, and uphold safety, quality and productivity standards while

Qualifications

• Certificate III in ESI Distribution (Powerline) required.
• Current Glove & Barrier accreditation and experience required.
• Experience in electricity distribution construction and maintenance preferred.
• High Risk Work Licence required.
• Construction White Card required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Glove & Barrier Lineworker, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and live-line operation of electricity distribution networks, helping deliver safe, reliable, and efficient power to communities across Victoria.

Key responsibilities include:

• Construction and maintenance of overhead electricity networks
• Performing live-line work using glove and barrier methods
• Safe operation of plant, tools, and equipment
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Supporting network reliability and customer outcomes

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in ESI Distribution (Powerline)
• Current Glove & Barrier accreditation and experience
• Experience in electricity distribution construction and maintenance
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current High Risk Work Licence
• Construction White Card
