Job summary

KPMG Australia is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional to advise multinational clients on value creation, documentation and compliance under Australian and international rules. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop robust TP policies and defend positions during audits.

You will manage client engagements, mentor staff, and help implement transfer pricing models in ERP systems while strengthening relationships with partners in a dynamic, globally connected practice.

Qualifications

• Australian transfer pricing advisory and compliance experience.
• Experience in Big 4 or mid-tier firm, the ATO or corporate environment.
• Strong technical analytical skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring staff.
• Ability to build and deepen client relationships with Partners.
• Pursuing CA/CPA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Advise multinational clients across industries to determine value creation and TP documentation.
• Prepare transfer pricing analyses and documentation for audits and filings.
• Attend client and ATO meetings with senior TP/tax specialists.
• Assist clients implement TP models into ERP systems.
• Develop technical skills through on‑the‑job and structured training.
