Job summary

CMR Surgical Ltd. is seeking a Professional Education Content Developer to join the Global Professional Education team.

The role focuses on developing training content for the Versius robotic system, including e-learning, videos and resources, to support customer and internal training and ensure high-quality programmes. You will collaborate with clinicians, engineers and other partners, contribute to feedback analysis, and help drive improvements while occasionally traveling internationally to

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in instructional design and development of education tools.
• Experience as industry representative or healthcare professional in an operating room environment.
• Knowledge of surgical environment and minimally invasive procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with clear, concise technical content.
• Able to work cross-functionally with clinicians, engineers, medical professionals and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of all elements of the Versius training pathway including e-learning, VR training, supervised practical training, proctors, and telepresence.
• Develop content and resources used in customer and internal training, including eLearning modules, videos and learning tools.
• Assess the training programme by reviewing feedback, attending trainings to assess quality, and implementing improvements and coaching if needed.
• Support training delivery for formative and summative usability studies in Cambridge and the US.
