Genpact Australia is seeking a Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Domain to lead and deliver risk and assurance solutions for clients across locations. You will build client relationships, drive business development, and oversee end-to-end engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with APRA and regulatory requirements.

Onsite presence will shape visibility of Genpact capabilities in the market.

Qualifications

• Relevant years of Risk advisory and Assurance domain experience with working knowledge of Operational Risk and Compliance frameworks, GRC tools, Control Assurance policies and procedures.
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Delivery focus and ability to manage multiple engagements with deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support client delivery of risk and assurance solutions across global locations.
• Independently communicate with the client and create/manage business relations.
• Support Business Development activities across Risk Advisory domain for new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
• Manage multiple customer engagements with end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution and deliverables.
• Interact with customers to understand expectations, assign team members, define timelines and take key project decisions.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards and implementable recommendations for design level issues.
• Engage with client departments to discuss issues, understand impact and root causes.
• Lead teams with risk professionals across Genpact hierarchies for multiple engagements.
• Conduct performance appraisals, feedback and career development of team members.
• Define performance management and hiring processes as needed.
