Mondelēz International invites applications for a Project Commercialisation Manager (PCM) based in Head Office, South Melbourne. You will oversee projects across Marketing, Finance, RD&Q and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery, balancing cost and quality with stakeholder alignment.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, defining scope, managing risks, and supporting business cases to enable growth and capacity expansion.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, RD&Q and Supply Chain to deliver projects on time, cost and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement a broad set of projects meeting revenue and growth goals.
• Define project scope, goals, tasks and resource requirements (people and cost).
• Coordinate site actions to deliver growth plans and capability additions.
• Support business cases and feasibility analyses to enable sourcing solutions.
• Provide project reporting and updates through meetings and gating forums.
