Job summary

RVM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead our small appliance and kitchenware portfolio. You will identify opportunities, source products, and manage launches with close collaboration between overseas suppliers and Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration teams.

Based in Perth, you will drive product quality, packaging and specs, ensure Australian compliance, and align developments with brand positioning while travelling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, buying, sourcing & development.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and taking products from sourcing through to market.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and market needs.
• Experience with product quality and Australian compliance requirements.
• Hands-on, collaborative style across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and source products for the portfolio.
• Manage products from concept through launch and ongoing range management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with overseas suppliers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration teams to develop products with strong commercial potential.
• Ensure packaging, manuals, specifications and product presentation meet standards.
• Identify and develop products that align with brand positioning and market opportunities.
• Manage product quality and ensure Australian compliance.
• Keep multiple product developments moving and stakeholders informed.
• Travel internationally when required.
