Job summary

Coates Group, a global technology leader based in Sydney, seeks a senior operations executive to drive transformation across global manufacturing and quality functions. You will reshape operating models, lead a high-performing team, and move manufacturing and quality from a compliance focus to a competitive advantage.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience, engineering/quality background, and strong cross-cultural skills to influence multiple functions across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality degree with lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder influence across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic redesign of Coates' global contract manufacturing network across markets.
• Drive manufacturing and quality maturity to enable scale and transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing global manufacturing and quality organisation.
• Act as change leader, aligning Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.
