Aristocrat is seeking a Global Manager, ERP to lead the ERP function across corporate and legacy systems, guiding a team of engineers, analysts, and admins. You will ensure operational excellence and alignment with business goals.

You will drive licensing, certifications, succession planning, and collaboration with IT partners to deliver world-class enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in engineering or applications team leadership at manager level.
• 8+ years managing SAAS delivery projects.
• 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience configuring Finance, GSC and Warehousing modules in D365 F&O.
• Experience coordinating 10–20 engineers and analysts.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office.

What You’ll Do

As the Global Manager, ERP at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in our IT function, leading both people and managers to deliver world‑class solutions. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Staying current on IT Applications guidelines and maintaining related licenses and certifications.
• Managing the existing ERP function to ensure flawless operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems.
• Crafting and developing succession paths within the ERP organization.
• Providing organizational and operational support to all strategic enterprise applications projects.
• Developing a highly engaged, technically outstanding engineering organization to support business needs.
• Managing team and engineering processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Achieving department goals by managing team activities, planning, evaluating, and developing growth opportunities.
• Guiding programs and projects using standard methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with IT business partners to understand, interpret, and disseminate project requirements.
• Running the build, development, and management of the implementation of processes and procedures.
• Driving operational excellence to improve performance, enhance value, reduce waste, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve key performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious and proven leader with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at a manager level or above.
• At least eight years of experience managing engineering SAAS delivery projects.
• At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Significant experience in configuring, developing and supporting Finance, GSC and Warehousing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Recent experience coordinating a staff of 10-20 engineers, business analysts, system admins, and data analysts.
• Demonstrated success in guiding innovation and deploying new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• High learning agility for the technical domain.
• High emotional intelligence.
