You’ll support executive communications, engagement initiatives, internal events, and key channels, collaborating with senior leaders in a fast-growing renewables company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in internal communications, marketing, communications, or change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing.
• Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and distribute content across internal channels, including leadership messaging.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, impactful messaging.
• Support internal events, campaigns, and intranet content.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
