Job summary

Woodside Energy Group is seeking a Head of Group Communications, based in Perth, to lead strategic communications across its global portfolio and influence how the organisation engages with employees, investors and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Vice President Group Corporate Affairs, you will advise executives on complex reputation matters, shape communications programs, lead a team and partner with Investor Relations to deliver coordinated messaging.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate affairs or strategic communications leadership.
• Ability to advise senior executives on sensitive communications and reputation matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field; government or policy experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead global reputation and communications strategies.
• Oversee corporate brand, social media, and digital programs.
• Set standards and guidelines for corporate communications.
