Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited, through its eShepherd™ business, seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM on growth and strategic priorities. You will shape recommendations, own delivery, and work across commercial, product, technology and enabling teams to scale internationally.

Reporting to the GM, Strategy & New Ventures, you will bring a track record of delivering in complex, growth-oriented environments and partner closely with leaders across markets to drive performance and

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a growth-oriented, technology-enabled or internationally operating business.
• Strong financial literacy and commercial judgement, including evaluating business cases and performance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting international growth and scalable operating models.
• AgTech exposure is advantageous but not essential; SaaS/IoT experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM on growth priorities, market opportunities and investment choices, supported by sound financial insight.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation with clear milestones and ownership.
• Remove barriers to international scale and strengthen operating approaches.
• Translate customer and market insights into clear decisions and leadership updates.
• Collaborate to lift performance, build capability and embed sustainable solutions with ongoing accountability.
