Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure seeks an experienced Manager Sourcing & Supplier Excellence – Electrical to lead sourcing and supplier capability for electrical components including control modules, LED displays, wiring harnesses, power supplies and PCBs.

You will drive cost reduction programs, value engineering proposals, and establish strategic supplier relationships while coordinating new product Introduction, ensuring timely implementation and supply chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, operations, business).
• MBA or master’s in supply chain is a plus.
• Certifications such as CPSM, APICS or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier capability initiatives for electrical components (control modules, LED displays, wiring harnesses, power supplies, PCBs).
• Drive cost reduction programs, value engineering proposals and standard cost roll initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships and ensure strategic alignment.
• Coordinate and manage new product introduction processes for electrical parts.
• Perform trade-off evaluations and supply chain/commodity analyses to improve cost and performance.
• Ensure business continuity by focusing on supply chain resiliency and CSR standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, procurement and finance to achieve goals.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and manage material procurement strategies and tools to improve cost, quality and delivery.
