In this global role, you'll shape enterprise Data & AI agenda, ensure investments align with priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes, while working with senior leaders across underwriting, claims, technology and data.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with experience in complex environments.
• 12+ years in strategy, transformation, consulting, data or AI.
• Experience within insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and evolve enterprise Data & AI strategy.
• Assess investments and opportunities across the organisation.
• Identify gaps, risks and emerging trends in Data & AI.
• Align priorities with divisional leaders (data, technology, business).
• Establish governance, oversight and value assurance frameworks.
• Drive visibility of Data & AI outcomes and investment performance at executive level.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and executive papers for senior leadership forums.
• Influence stakeholders across underwriting, claims, technology, data and business functions.
