Job summary

Airbus Australia Pacific seeks a Manager Customer Material Support to drive strategic relationships and operational performance across APAC and Europe. You will lead a distributed team in AU/NZ, ensuring top-tier service delivery and optimized material availability.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, aviation-industry knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-time-zone operations. A baseline security clearance and a business/leadership background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Leadership, or Supply Chain.
• 5–8 years leading remote or distributed teams across AU/NZ.
• 8+ years in Customer Material Support & Service operations (aviation/defence preferred).
• Ability to obtain Australian Baseline Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote/distributed team across Australia and New Zealand with a unified culture of service excellence.
• Serve as primary liaison for complex material inquiries and AOG events; drive stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Programs to align supply with demand and remove bottlenecks.
• Set department objectives aligned with Top Company Objectives; oversee Spare Parts, Repairables, Warranties, and Test Equipment.
