Cochlear is a global leader in implantable hearing solutions seeking a skilled Compliance Manager in Australia. The role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cochlear's ethics and compliance program across regions and functions.

You will provide practical compliance guidance, manage risks, and contribute to governance with senior leaders, fostering a culture of integrity and regulatory excellence across the organisation.

Formación

• 5-10 years' experience in compliance, legal, risk or governance.
• LLB/JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (medical devices, healthcare).

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical compliance advice to global leaders and employees.
• Support compliance risk assessments and enterprise risk management activities.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance risks arising from business activities and regulatory developments.
• Develop, implement and review compliance policies, standards and procedures.
• Deliver compliance training, governance reporting and investigations support.
