Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals seeks a CMC Program Lead to ensure readiness of radiopharmaceutical assets for commercial viability and expansion. You will coordinate CMC activities across API, Fill/Finish, and Packaging partners, driving project plans and risk mitigation within a global matrix.

You will partner with Global Product Development, Brand, and external CDMOs to optimize lifecycle management, budgets, and timelines, supporting a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field required.
• 8+ years of radiopharmaceutical/biopharma CMC experience; PM experience preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, external partners and CDMOs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/global regulatory requirements; technical manufacturing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver CMC strategies, plans, and deliverables through filing readiness.
• Represent the CMC team on the global matrix team for assigned projects.
• Lead internal CMC project teams including SMEs, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory.
• Establish CMC project dashboards, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Track deliverables, initiate PO requests, and manage budget and invoices.
• Provide regular CMC updates to senior management on KPIs and risks.
