Job summary

MAKO, Sydney-based aerospace technology innovator, seeks a Technical Services Manager (Installation and Operations) to own Flightfilm installation programs worldwide. You will lead installation, QA, and maintenance on aircraft, build processes for regulatory compliance, and drive end-to-end projects while mentoring teams.

This role demands aviation experience, travel readiness, and collaboration with customers and MROs.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
5+ years managing and coordinating aviation teams.
Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as field engineering.
Experience working with aviation MROs.
Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation, QA and maintenance of Flightfilm on aircraft worldwide.
Build and run processes that meet maintenance organisation and aviation regulator requirements.
Run end-to-end operational projects; track progress and ensure milestones are met.
Train and mentor team members and stakeholders in installation techniques and QA.
Own relationships with technical counterparts at customers and ensure regulatory compliance.
