Job summary

Harvey Norman Innisfail ComputersWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused GIR Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a GIR Clerk, you have a good understanding of the receipting, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service, with occasional dispatch duties. The role requires flexibility across retail trading hours and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Motivated with great eye for detail.
• Experience in receipt and dispatch of merchandise.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with customers.
• Assist with receipt and dispatch of merchandise and loading of trucks.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse accurately.
