Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking experienced HC Drivers for local deliveries in the Adelaide region. The role emphasizes strong customer service, safe driving, and reliable delivery performance across multiple customer sites.

Ideal candidates will possess an HC licence, knowledge of the Adelaide metro area, and the ability to follow DHL procedures. Training and onboarding are provided to ensure security and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Current HC licence essential.
• Previous experience performing local deliveries within the Adelaide area.
• Can Do attitude with a high standard of customer service.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the Adelaide metro area.
• Ability to follow DHL policies & procedures.
• Willingness to provide a current full Driving Record when requested.
• Willingness to undergo a Security Clearance & Pre Employment Medical as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of consignments to various customer sites such as major DCs, shopping centres, businesses.
• Perform local and shuttle duties as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Complete secure deliveries within specified time frames.
• Follow DHL policies & procedures including pre-start checks and securing loads.
• Adhere to stringent security requirements.
• Maintain accurate records using the PDA.
• Complete runs within Adelaide area and ad hoc deliveries to Canberra when required.
