This is a permanent, full‑time position, working 40 hours per week on a 9‑day fortnight roster. Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world‑famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.
Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie as there is no accommodation on site.
As a key member of South32 Worsley Alumina operations team and reporting to the Dams & Governance Superintendent, this role is responsible for the integrity of the Bauxite Residue Disposal Areas (BRDAs) and water storage dams during design, construction, operation and closure. This role will give you the opportunity to deliver challenging projects and provide technical leadership in tailings management.
Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
