HealthStaff Recruitment is seeking VR GPs to cover after-hours shifts in Adelaide. The role offers 6pm–11pm weekday hours, weekends, and public holidays, with private billing and nurse support. A busy teaching practice with 30 GPs and allied health onsite provides a collaborative environment.

• Endorsed VR GP in Australia.
• Experience in private billing and multi-disciplinary teams preferred.
• Comfortable working after-hours and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours GP services in Adelaide (6pm–11pm weekdays) and on weekends/public holidays.
• Offer private billing to patients.
• Collaborate with on-site nurses and other health professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Job description

Currently we have an openings available for VR GPs to work after hours in Adelaide. We have huge demand and are urgently requiring some GPs to do shifts.

• 75% or $180 per hour
• Private billing
• Nurse support
• 6pm to 11pm week nights and/or
• Weekends and public holidays
• After hours position is DPA
• Day time hours available too
• Option to work from one shift to full time

This is a busy teaching practive with 30 GPs and Allied Health onsite (physio, pathology, podiatry, dietician, specialists and mental health care).

The surgery has an experienced Practice Manager and full time Registered Nurses.
