Job summary

RydeBaptistChurch in NSW is seeking a Generations Pastor to lead our Kids and Youth ministries as one integrated team, from creche to Year 12. Reporting to the Lead Pastor, you will provide pastoral and strategic oversight, lead a team of coordinators, ministry assistants, interns and around 40 volunteers, and support parents as they disciple their children.

You’ll also teach regularly, build a clear discipleship pathway into the wider church, and lead engagement with local schools, including

Qualifications

• Amateur, growing faith in Jesus and alignment with our faith and values.
• Proven experience in children’s, youth, and/or family ministry leadership.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead teams.
• Clear, engaging Bible teaching for all ages.
• Theological training or relevant ministry background.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities
