Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. in Melbourne is seeking a Sonographer for a full-time position, with flexibility for part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations and deliver high-quality images while maintaining accurate records and liaising with referring clinicians. The role emphasizes patient care, infection control, and safety, with ongoing CPD support and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• ASAR accreditation or eligibility and current registration.
• Sonography qualification (DMU, MMU or equivalent).
• Experience across general ultrasound modalities.
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Perform a broad range of general ultrasound examinations: abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, musculoskeletal, small parts and vascular studies.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality diagnostic images in line with clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and liaise professionally with referring GPs and specialists.
• Ensure equipment and workspace comply with infection control and safety standards.
• Provide a high standard of patient care and communication throughout each scan.
