• Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to benefit patients within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
• Leadership & Efficiency: Assist the Clinical Director (General Surgery) to ensure surgical services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standard.
• Education & Mentorship: Lead the education and supervision of surgical trainees, medical students, and broader nursing and allied health teams.
• Service Development: Engage in research and service innovation as required by operational leadership to improve clinical systems and patient outcomes.
