With high patient demand and a rapidly growing local population, an incoming doctor will step into a fully booked schedule from day one, stepping into a vibrant practice environment that perfectly balances clinical autonomy with comprehensive organizational backing. The practice boasts a highly collaborative team composition and a sophisticated infrastructure designed to optimise patient care and practitioner satisfaction. Operating with a robust support network, the incoming GP will work alongside dedicated administrative staff, experienced practice nurses, and structured Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support to streamline daily workflows.

The facility is equipped with modern, spacious consultation rooms, a fully resourced treatment room, and utilizes leading software systems including Best Practice and HotDoc. Practitioners also benefit from the seamless convenience of onsite pathology and a diverse network of allied health professionals, all overseen by a supportive, GP-led leadership team.

Financially and professionally, this role offers an outstanding package tailored to recognise experience and dedication. The successful candidate will receive an attractive 75% of billings, alongside a generous guarantee of $200 per hour for the first three months to ensure a smooth and secure transition. For restricted GPs, the clinic provides a viable pathway through an eligible 6-month locum exemption, with broader opportunities available for those interested in exploring special interest areas, ongoing CPD support, or stepping into supervisor roles.
