Job summary

Wavelength, located 30km from Brisbane CBD in a large shopping centre, invites a GP to join a well-established team of 16 GPs, nurses and support staff. You will be part of a multidisciplinary practice with a dermatology room and focus on women's health and skin cancer medicine.

Opening hours 7am-6pm Mon-Thu, 5pm Fri, 8am-4pm weekends; offers after-hours and weekend work options to boost earnings, excellent admin and nurse support, and visa sponsorship available for international candidates.

Qualifications

• DPA position and visa sponsorship are available.
• AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates.
• Interest in women's health and/or skin cancer medicine welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare to a large patient base (approx. 1,600 per week).

The Practice

Embrace the opportunity to provide exceptional healthcare in a well-regarded practice that cares for 1,600 patients a week! You will be part of a well-established team with a supportive medical director, 16 welcoming GPs, a team of nurses and a long-standing practice manager to ensure your days run smoothly and paperwork is minimal.

A big focus for the team are women's health and skin, with a dedicated dermatology room. This multidisciplinary practice is situated within a large shopping centre that offers allied health, diagnostic imaging, pathology, pharmacy and dental care all within the same premises, very convenient for staff and patients alike with good public transport access.

Opening hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, with a 5pm close on Fridays, and 8am to 4pm on weekends,providing an excellent opportunity to choose your work hours to suit as well as offering you the option to boost your earnings with some after-hours and weekend work.

DPA position and visa sponsorship are available.

AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable) as well as GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.

An interest/ skills in women's health and/or skin cancer medicine would be highly welcomed but is not essential.
