Job summary

Wavelength in north Melbourne is seeking a motivated GP to join their busy, expanding practice. You will work across a diverse patient mix with opportunities in occupational health and women's health, supported by a full allied health team in a purpose-built, modern centre.

With 16 consultation rooms and a near full-time roster, the practice operates 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday and public holidays. DWS available and relocation assistance negotiable to help you settle in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Health Workforce Certificate available after initial rural placement.
• RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates.
• GPs must hold Specialist Registration with AHPRA.

Responsibilities

• Join a diverse, dedicated team with flexible pacing.
• Provide broad GP services to a mixed patient population.
• Collaborate with occupational health, women’s health and allied health staff.
• Be part of the afterhours/weekend roster (not on-call).
• Develop interests in occupational health and women’s health.

The Practice

Due to high patient demand, this medical practice is seeking a motivated GP to join their diverse and dedicated staff, offering you flexibility to practice at your pace.

Featuring 16 consultation rooms, the 7 GPs are supported by experienced occupational health and treatment room nurses at all times. This practice is fully computerised and complete with a Physio, Diabetes Educator, Dietician and Psychologist. Develop your skills with a broad patient mixed offering lots of variety as well as the opportunity to pursue special interests such as occupational health and women?s health. Utilise the many Allied Health Services available to best treat your patients as effectively and quickly as possible.

The Practice is purpose-built and ultra-modern, offering state of the art facilities, comfortable and light-filled rooms and waiting areas as well as dedicated, secure parking for their doctors. Opening hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays. No on-call requirements however all doctors take part in the afterhours/weekend roster.
