DNA Medical Recruitment is assisting a private billing GP practice in Bondi Junction, Sydney to hire a GP. The role offers 15–20 minute or longer consultations and the chance to take over an existing patient list.

With an established team and strong patient demand, GPs can join a busy practice that has operated for over 20 years in the Eastern Suburbs. Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements are available.

Are you a GP looking to work in a fully private billing practice in Sydney's affluent Eastern Suburbs?

Do you prefer spending 15–20 minutes or more with each patient, allowing you to focus on quality medicine rather than rushing through consultations?

We are representing a highly regarded private GP practice in Bondi Junction, which has been servicing the local community for over 20 years and is looking for a new GP to join its established team.

With standard consultations starting at $130 (Item 23) and existing GPs booked approximately one week in advance, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, established practice with genuine patient demand.

Even better, you will have the opportunity to take over an existing GP's patient base, meaning you can walk into an established patient list rather than starting from scratch.

More about the role:

• Attractive remuneration / consult fees. 65% of billings. With standard consultations starting at $130, you can earn $84.50 per standard consultation. $338 per hour gross on 4 patients an hour.
• Established patient base. Opportunity to take over an existing GP's patient list.
• Strong patient demand. Existing GPs currently booked approximately one week in advance.
• Quality consultations. Enjoy 15–20-minute or longer appointments.

This well-established private billing medical centre has built an excellent reputation within the Eastern Suburbs community over more than two decades.

The practice offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including general practice, preventative health, women's health, paediatrics, geriatric care, mental health and chronic disease management, with on-site pathology services.

You will be joining a supportive, established team in a busy practice with an existing patient community and the infrastructure to help you hit the ground running.
