Job summary

HealthStaff Recruitment is partnering with a private, high-quality GP practice on the Gold Coast to welcome a full-time General Practitioner. The role offers 70% of billings with a guaranteed minimum of 120 AUD per hour for the first 3 months, and an income estimate around 280,000 AUD in the first year with potential to exceed 300,000 AUD in subsequent years.

Visa sponsorship is available, and the clinic is a DWS location.

• Overseas trained doctors must hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice.

Responsibilities

• Join a private, high-quality practice on the Gold Coast to replace a departing GP.
• Provide general practice care with interest in skin cancer considered advantageous.

Job description

The practice offers:

• Working hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings


• 70% of the billings with a minimum of $120 per hour for the first 3 months


• Bulk billing practice – income estimate around the $280,000 in the first year and $300,000+ in the consequtive years.

They are seeking a GPs to join their Gold Coast Surgery on a full time basis. Interest in Skin Cancer would be an advantage

The surgery has 3 GPs and one of the GPs is moving to Brisbane. They are looking to replace the departing GP.

Essential Requirement:
In order to be eligible for this position, overseas trained doctors are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice i.e. MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP, FRNZCGP or CCFP.
General Practitioners who have one of these post graduate qualifications are eligible to apply for mutual recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
