Job summary

Longevix is seeking an experienced AHPRA-registered General Practitioner to join our telehealth clinical team. You will provide remote consultations to Australian patients through our platform, focusing on patient care while the team handles technology and administration.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing and treating patients, prescribing when appropriate, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, enabling independent practice.
• Experience with remote consultations is preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

We are launching a modern Australian telehealth platform and are seeking an experienced AHPRA-registered General Practitioner to join our clinical team.

The Role

You will provide remote consultations to Australian patients through our telehealth platform.

Our team handles the technology, website, patient acquisition, administration and operational infrastructure, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients

• Assess patients and determine appropriate treatment independently

• Prescribe medication where clinically appropriate and legally permitted

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Provide referrals and follow-up recommendations where appropriate

• Work in accordance with AHPRA, Medical Board of Australia and applicable prescribing requirements

• Contribute to safe, patient-focused telehealth delivery

Requirements

• Current unrestricted AHPRA medical registration

• Australian General Practitioner

• Appropriate professional indemnity insurance

• Strong understanding of Australian prescribing requirements

• Comfortable conducting consultations remotely

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

• Telehealth experience preferred but not essential
