Avalon Family Medical Practice in Avalon Beach, NSW, is seeking vocationally registered GPs to join our AGPAL-accredited clinic. We have capacity for one full-time and one part-time GP, with flexible days and hours, and an option to build a telehealth caseload if working from home suits you.

We are private billing, GP-owned, with a collegial team of eight GPs, two experienced Practice Nurses and long-standing admin staff.

Qualifications

• Vocational registration with AHPRA (FRACGP or equivalent)
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number

About us

We’ve served the Avalon Beach community for over 60 years and are the only general practice in Avalon Village. Private billing, GP-owned, with a collegial team of eight GPs, two experienced Practice Nurses and long-standing admin staff.

Our GPs have a range of special interests, from paediatrics to skin cancer to palliative care. There is also strong and growing demand in menopause and women’s health - we receive new patient requests daily - and real scope for a GP wanting to develop their practice in this area alongside Dr Ceri Cashell.

Located beside the Avalon Bowling Green and a two-minute walk to the beach, the clinic has a peaceful, almost country feel, with cafés and shops at the door.
