Hastings Central Medical Centre in Hastings, Victoria, is seeking a General Practitioner to join our established team. This permanent full-time role offers supervision and clinical support as needed, in a DPA location, with a base salary around $100,000 per year plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary health care, contribute to chronic disease management, preventive care and continuity of care for the local community. Australian work rights are required.

Formación

• Recognised medical qualification.
• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia/AHPRA or eligible to obtain registration before starting.
• Relevant clinical experience in general practice or primary health care.
• Demonstrate sound clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to safe, patient-centred care and Australian work rights.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe and review medications as clinically appropriate.
• Order and interpret investigations.
• Provide preventive care, immunisations and health promotion.
• Develop and review chronic disease management plans.
• Refer and coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Collaborate with the practice team and adhere to supervision requirements.
