This includes an initial hourly guarantee or a competitive percentage of billings, whichever is greater, for the first three months to ensure a seamless transition. The position affords complete clinical autonomy, empowering the practitioner to practice medicine their own way while pursuing special interest opportunities such as skin cancer medicine, women’s or men’s health, and minor procedures. Practitioners are also highly encouraged to take on supervisor opportunities to mentor the next generation of registrars, with extensive support provided for ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) to facilitate continuous career growth.
