Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a supportive, doctor-owned practice experiencing continued growth due to an increasing patient base. Established in April 2024, the clinic has quickly built strong community demand and is now looking to welcome an additional GP to help meet ongoing patient needs. The practice is fully doctor-owned, with one of the owners actively working on-site, ensuring a collaborative and clinician-led environment.

The current team consists of two GPs, creating a close-knit and supportive culture where clinical autonomy and teamwork are equally valued. GPs can expect strong earning potential, averaging approximately $2,500-$3,000 per day, reflecting the high patient demand in the area. The practice is offering 75% of billings to a VR GP with $200/hr initial guarantee.

Full nursing support is provided to assist with care coordination, procedural support, and day-to-day workflow, allowing GPs to focus on high-quality patient care.

The practice uses Best Practice software to ensure efficient and streamlined clinical operations. Located in a rapidly growing residential corridor within the greater Blacktown region, the clinic is approximately a short drive from Parramatta and is surrounded by expanding housing developments, schools, and essential amenities, contributing to a steady and diverse patient base.
