Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. in Torquay, Victoria, is seeking a General Practitioner to join a GP-led practice in a modern facility inside a busy shopping centre. You will have clinical autonomy and the support of a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a mixed-billing model with a 65%–75% share of billings and a minimum income guarantee, along with strong CPD support, development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements including remote access to clinic systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified General Practitioner with medical registration in Australia.
• Experience in a GP-led practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care with clinical autonomy.
• See 30–35 patients per day with nursing and admin support.
• Engage in Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and collaborative team-based care.
• Support professional development and supervision opportunities as appropriate.
