The role offers permanent or locum arrangements with 65%-75% income guarantee and mixed billing, located in Botanic Ridge Shopping Centre, 45 km southeast of Melbourne CBD.

Qualifications

• GP with General Registration or Specialist Registration.
• AHPRA registration required.
• 2 years GP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with all relevant legislation and common law obligations.
• Discharge of duty of care in the course of practice including meeting standards and accountability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies and guidelines with legal implications (documentation must conform to requirements).
• Identify and respond to unsafe practice and implement interventions to prevent contravention of law.
• Demonstrate patient-focused approach with empathy and understanding of patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups.
• Present a professional, friendly, and obliging demeanor.
