Job summary

My Family Doctors is a busy, well-established mixed-billing general practice at Five Dock. We are seeking 1-2 additional GPs to join our team of 10 doctors and support staff in a modern clinic with 15 consulting rooms and onsite allied health.

We offer flexible sessions, full-time or high-session arrangements, and a contractor pay model of 70% of billings. Suitable for AHPRA-registered GPs with FRACGP or equivalent Fellowship, comfortable with a busy caseload, and a team player who wants to grow

General Practitioner — My Family Doctors, Five Dock

My Family Doctors is a busy, well-established mixed-billing general practice at 52-54 Great North Rd, Five Dock. We're looking for 1-2 more full-time (or high-session) GPs to join our team of 10 doctors as we continue to grow.

• Strong existing patient base, we are not turning patients away, most days are fully booked
• 15 consulting rooms, modern fit-out, full onsite allied health support: nursing, physio, psychology, counselling, cardiology, geriatrics, immunology, and blood collection, easy referral pathways.
• Supportive, doctor-owned practice (owned and run by GPs, not a corporate), practice principal is a full-time treating GP who understands the day-to-day
• Flexible sessions, full-time or part-time considered
• HotDoc online booking, modern practice software
• Mixed billing model: private bill for most, bulk billing for concession card holders and kids ≤15

Remuneration:

70% of billings (industry-standard split), paid on a contractor basis. High-billing GPs here regularly earn well above average given our patient volume.
