Kingaroy, Queensland-based general practice is seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner with skin cancer qualifications to join our modern, well-established team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no regular weekends or after-hours commitments.

You will work alongside experienced GPs, nurses and allied health staff to provide comprehensive primary care and skin cancer services, maintain high clinical standards, and participate in quality improvement

Formación

• Medical registration with AHPRA and vocational qualifications required.
• Skin cancer qualifications and procedural experience essential.
• Indemnity insurance current and active.

About the Role

Kingaroy, Queensland | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | No After-Hours

Are you a patient-focused General Practitioner looking for an opportunity to practise high-quality medicine in a supportive regional community? We are seeking a dedicated Vocationally Registered General Practitioner with skin cancer qualifications to join our modern, well-established practice in Kingaroy, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a strong work-life balance while delivering comprehensive primary healthcare and skin cancer services.

You will provide comprehensive general practice services while performing skin cancer checks and procedures in a collaborative, patient-centred environment. Working alongside experienced GPs, nurses, specialists and administrative staff, you will help deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consultations, diagnosis and treatment across a broad range of general practice presentations.
• Perform skin cancer assessments, procedures and management.
• Order and interpret diagnostic investigations.
• Refer patients appropriately to specialists and allied health providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, accreditation and clinical audit activities.
• Collaborate effectively with the practice team to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through ongoing education and compliance with current clinical guidelines.
  

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current unrestricted registration with the Medical Board/AHPRA.
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM or equivalent).
• Current medical indemnity insurance.
• Skin cancer qualifications and procedural experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
