Key Responsibilities

Order and interpret investigations, initiate treatments, and coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health providers as needed. Deliver immunisations, health checks, and screening services consistent with Australian guidelines and practice protocols. Participate in after-hours rosters or extended clinic hours as agreed with the practice team. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance activities, and practice meetings to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with full Australian medical registration or eligibility for immediate registration. Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRRM preferred, or progression toward fellowship with demonstrated GP experience. Strong clinical skills across a broad range of primary care conditions, excellent communication, and patient‑centred approach.

Current AHPRA registration, up-to-date vaccinations, and compliance with relevant workplace checks and indemnity requirements. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and to manage a busy patient load effectively.
