3SPM Medical Centre in Queensland is seeking an experienced VR General Practitioner to join our state-of-the-art clinic. The current GP is at full appointment capacity, with patients offered the next available slots.

We offer a locum option for 3-6 months at 200 AUD per hour, a competitive 75% of the billings package with sign-on bonus negotiable, and flexible full-time hours with ongoing career development and strong support from management.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights required.
• VR with 19AB restriction can apply.
• Fellowship in VR GP is essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently providing preventive care and health counselling.
• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and prescribing medications.
• Developing personalised treatment plans.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Maintaining medical records and coordinating referrals.
• Mentoring students and registrar (optional).

About the role

In this role, our General Practitioner will be vital in providing the expected high-quality health care services to patients, while also ensuring best practice standards.
