The Opportunity

You will join a collaborative and high-performing General Medicine team within a major teaching hospital environment. Working closely with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams, you will manage a varied caseload while contributing to inpatient care, teaching and junior doctor support.

This position provides excellent hands-on experience in acute and General Medicine within a department recognised for its supportive culture, clinical standards and commitment to training.

Eligibility

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
• Minimum 12 months recent General Medicine clinical experience
• AMC assessed status where applicable

Applicants must also be or be eligible for one of the following:

• RACP Trainee
• IMG eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand)
• RACP interview date confirmed
• RACP assessed as partially comparable
