Job summary

nbn is seeking a General Manager System Delivery and Ops - Field and IP&D to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology platforms and systems, spanning planning, development, deployment, support, and retirement. You will shape the cybersecurity, reliability, and efficiency of the Field and IP&D portfolio while partnering with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced technology leader with a track record of delivering complex programs in large-scale technology or infrastructure environments.
• You bring governance, strategy translation, and stakeholder management skills.
• You can lead multidisciplinary teams and drive structured delivery with sound judgement and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and operational management of systems and platforms across the technology lifecycle from planning to retirement.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align investments, priorities and outcomes.
• Advocate automation and AI initiatives to improve delivery performance and customer experiences.
