General Manager Legal Compliance and Settlement Services

Riverstone Partners (owner of SaleFunder) is a dynamic established Fintech business providing financial and property services to the real estate agency industry. The exciting next phase of our growth will see the business pivot into providing additional Proptech services to our existing and expanding customer base.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO you will be accountable for designing the processes and building the team managing our new AML, deposit management, settlements and lending product set. In addition you will be responsible for handling all legal matters relating to property settlements and credit collection. Specifically this includes:

  • Implementing strategy to drive the development and delivery of our in‑house deposit management, settlements and AML processes
  • Managing credit collection and settlements across the product set
  • Management and responsibility for our compliance with AML/CTF laws and products
  • Supporting stakeholder relationships with clients, regulators, and partners in recruiting and managing the team to deliver all aspects of our legal, compliance and settlement services
