Cyber has moved from IT problem to boardroom problem. Regulators are watching, customers are asking harder questions, and CISOs are being told to justify every dollar in commercial terms. It's a great time to be brilliant at cyber. It's an even better time to be brilliant at the commercial conversation around it.
The GM - Cyber Growth is the commercial engine of our Cyber business, driving everything from demand generation and vendor partnerships through to the pricing, packaging and proposal work that turns qualified opportunity into revenue. You'll walk into live deal flow from day one, with opportunities coming through the sales team, our account base and an established cyber pipeline.
We’re an Australian success story, now close to 500 people strong, delivering secure, end-to-end digital solutions across cloud, collaboration, cyber security, data services and network infrastructure, all backed by over 20 years of experience. Trusted by some of Australia’s biggest brands, Orro leads the way in designing, building and operating digital infrastructure that delivers greater efficiency, agility, performance and resilience. Our solutions take the stress out of tech for more than 400 businesses and over 20 million Australians every single day.
Our mission? To create “future now” solutions making it faster, simpler and safer for people to access, store and share information, wherever they are and whoever they’re with. But more than that, we know that real impact comes from connecting people, not just machines. That’s why we take the time to understand our clients; how they work, what matters to them, and where they’re headed so we can deliver not just what they need today, but what they’ll need next.
With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth, and teams across New Zealand, the Philippines and the UK, Orro is known for delivering future-ready solutions, backed by deep expertise, genuine human insight and lasting partnerships.

Reporting to the Cyber Business Unit Director, you will work alongside consultants, architects and managed services specialists to turn complex security capability into solutions that align with each customer's business objectives. You will build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs and senior business leaders, understand their strategic priorities and help shape their cyber investment decisions. Your work spans demand generation, vendor partnerships, commercial strategy, solution development, pricing and enterprise RFP responses.
Beyond individual deals, you will hold accountability for the BU's revenue performance alongside the Cyber Business Unit Director, allocating qualified opportunities to sellers and actively tracking pipeline health across the cyber book, engaging sellers on what's open, how we're pacing against MRR and professional services targets, and where to prioritise. You won't carry the P&L or an individual quota, those sit with the Cyber Business Unit Director and the sales team respectively, but you'll be integral to driving both.
