The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the next phase of their growth.

This is a senior leadership role for a passionate, energetic and highly capable operator - someone with a broad business skillset who can balance strategy with execution, and innovation with profitability. While experience in technology is essential, this role requires far more than a software development background alone.

You will take ownership of company operations, performance and profitability, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities, driving growth, and making clear, objective decisions about where the business should invest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability and profitability
• Drive business development and growth, identifying new market opportunities and revenue streams
• Provide strong leadership across legal, contracts, marketing, staff engagement and resourcing
• Shape and execute the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy
• Champion innovation, with a strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged commercially
