DuoGlass is Western Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of premium double-glazed windows and doors. Utilising German-engineered uPVC and locally manufactured insulated glass units, DuoGlass enhances the security, thermal, and acoustic performance of homes and commercial properties across the state.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager will have full operational responsibility for the business, overseeing production, installation, people management, and strategic performance. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong collaboration across the business and with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 10–15 staff across production, installation, and administration
  • Oversee daily production and installation operations to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are met
  • Conduct and facilitate weekly management and operational meetings
  • Develop, manage, and report on annual budgets and financial performance
  • Oversee HR functions in collaboration with department managers, including performance management, recruitment, and staff development
  • Liaise with affiliated companies to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and workflows
About You:
  • Proven experience in a senior management or general management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Experience overseeing manufacturing, production, or installation-based operations
  • Exposure to window and/or door manufacturing and installation
  • Sound financial and budgeting experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with a high level of accountability
