Job summary

HYTORC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. Reporting to our executive leadership, you will drive strategic direction, profitability, and market expansion across a national footprint with strong customer relationships.

You will oversee sales, service, customer support and operations, build leaders, improve technician utilisation, and ensure high performance. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role with significant autonomy.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business.

About the Role

About You

You are an experienced General Manager, Business Manager or Operations Manager from an industrial, engineering, technical services or equipment-related industry.

• Strong people leadership skills
• A practical and hands-on approach
