Job summary

Alex Correa Executive seeks a Solicitor or Associate to establish themselves in insurance litigation. You’ll work closely with an experienced practitioner, gain early responsibility and play a meaningful role on matters from day one.

You’ll help insurers, businesses and insured clients navigate liability claims, from contractor liability to workplace injury, property damage or indemnity issues, while developing a broad practice with strong mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' PAE in insurance litigation, personal injuries, general liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Sound commercial judgement.

• Involve in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings as experience grows.

Job description

You've built solid foundations in insurance litigation, personal injuries or general liability and are ready for more responsibility. You're looking for quality mentoring, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop your practice across a diverse range of liability matters.

The team is continuing to grow and is looking to invest in a Solicitor or Associate who wants to establish themselves within insurance litigation. You'll work closely with an experienced practitioner, gain early responsibility and play a meaningful role on matters from day one.

The Work Itself

You'll help insurers, businesses and insured clients navigate liability claims arising from real-world incidents and commercial disputes. One day might involve a contractor liability claim arising from a construction project, while the next could see you working on a workplace injury matter, property damage dispute or contractual indemnity issue.

As your experience grows, you'll become increasingly involved in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings, building a broad liability practice across a diverse range of industries and claim types.

You may be a Solicitor or Associate with 1-3 years' PAE in insurance litigation, personal injuries, general liability or commercial litigation.
