Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual roles. Immediate start with consistent shifts, competitive pay and potential for permanent employment.

You will work across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and shopfitting, supporting qualified tradespeople on site. Applicants should have at least 12 months’ on-site experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver licence and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and shopfitting.
• Assist qualified tradespeople on site.
• General labouring duties and site clean-ups.
• Site preparation and material handling.
• Unloading containers and pallet racking installations.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
